The 2005 campaign encouraged more than 15,000 people in 13 countries to cook dinner for friends and raised almost a million Rand - enabling Starfish to provide educational, nutritional and primary caregiver support to 2,750 children.

So there’s this guy who owns a pizza restaurant in Los Angeles, right, and he’s driving to work one morning when he sees a dog and a sheep walking down the street together…
No its not the start of a bad joke. Its a real love story. And the German Shepherd and the sheep now share a kennel at an animal shelter waiting for their owner to claim them.
“We tried seperating them, but the sheep started bleating and got all nervous,” said kennel supervisor Christine Carr.
“As far as I know, its the first dog-and-sheep duo we’ve had,” she said. “Very unusual. You can tell they’ve really bonded.”
The tale of the errant pair started when John Caruso spotted the animals trying to cross a busy road.
Caruso jumped out of his car and collared the German Shepherd and pulled him in the back seat of his car. The sheep jumpeed in the car right after the dog. “It was like everywhere the dog went, the sheep was sure to go, too,” said Carusa. copyright The New York Times

The Zohar Gallery in New Zealnd, opened an exhibition of sheep paintings this week. The exhibition will run until the end of April. The wonderful red walls complemented the sheep stunningly and Ann came up with a number of sheep paintings with a unique NZ theme for the occasion.
